Because of our equipment we catch the candid shots that most photographers miss. Most brides tell us these are the pictures they treasure the most as the years go by.
We emphasize photography in natural settings. We do all photography on location. We are experienced in many locations for Bridal Portraits or Engagement pictures. We do not take photographs in a studio.
You pay a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. Dates are not reserved until we receive the deposit. We require that the balance of your basic estimated cost be paid at least one week before the actual event. If it is not received before the event we retain the right to not attend the event.
The cost of reprints, enlargements, and sales tax on all services and pictures, will be added to your final bill. You will pay for this when you pick up all your pictures. This is usually after your wedding or honeymoon.
Enlargements or multiple copies must be ordered through us until the final bill is paid. We will keep all of the JPEG files or negatives (except bridal and engagement prints) until the final bill is paid.
In addition to your enlargements, you will be able to use all of your 4x6-bridal or engagement prints for decorating or display at your reception or wedding! Our customers love this flexibility.
Once you pay your final bill, you will own and receive the JPEG files representing all of the pictures and can make reprints or enlargements at any other photo development store or service. We also specifically transfer to you the copyright to the pictures. We retain the copyright priviledges to use the pictures in advertising unless you specifically request us not to use your pictures. We shoot all pictures digitaly unless film is specifically requested. Film costs more based on the request.
As a service to you, reprints or enlargements can be made with us at any time. Just call or email us with your desired picture number within 90 days of the wedding or event. The current prices, which are listed here, will apply when you order copies and reprints.
The photographer's time, for billing purposes, begins as soon as the photographer arrives. There is no charge if the photographer arrives early. The photographer's time is billed in ½ hour increments and will be rounded to the next ½ hour increment. Our photographers are usually generous with their time.
